The way people dress reflects their personalities and lifestyles. Whether they are conscious about how others perceive them or not, others tend to judge each other based on how they dress. Thus, the personalities people have inevitably affect how they live, even the way they dress.
A suitable example of this is a company I used to work for. Everyone had to dress formally in a suit and tie. However, it changed little by little once C.E.O. undertook a project to make the atmosphere more cheerful by changing the dress code. Given that the way people dress reflects their personalities, they got to express themselves with many different clothes they like. In addition to that, due to the comfortable atmosphere where they could freely propose their own ideas in meetings, the company was able to come up with many different ideas and business plans.
